BOSTON — Howmedica Osteonics Corp. is urging the judge overseeing the Stryker LFIT V40 Femoral Head multidistrict litigation to adopt its proposed protective order governing the exchange of confidential information, arguing that it would protect its sensitive trade secret information.
In an Aug. 25 filing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Howmedica maintains that its proposed terms “reasonably balance the parties’ interests without undue advantage or prejudice to either party.”
