Wright Profemur Hip System Action Scheduled for Trial in Sept. 2018

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — In a final scheduling order, an Arkansas federal judge has set a jury trial in a Wright Profemur hip system case for Sept. 17, 2018.

In the July 27 order, Judge J. Leon Holmes of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas ordered the parties to complete discovery by April 26, 2018. Motions to seek leave to add parties or amend pleadings may be filed no later than April 12, 2018.
