8 DePuy Pinnacle Cases Designated as Final Bellwether Cases to be Tried in MDL

DALLAS — The judge overseeing the DePuy Pinnacle hip implant multidistrict litigation has designated eight cases as the final bellwether cases tried in the Dallas Division in the Northern District of Texas pursuant to the parties’ Lexecon waivers.

In an Aug. 25 order, Judge Ed Kinkeade listed the following cases, which were selected to be prepared for jury trial beginning Sept. 5:
