Counsel in Ill. Federal R3 Acetabular Hip System Action Submit Discovery Calendar

PEORIA, Ill. — Counsel for the parties in a case involving Smith & Nephew’s R3 Acetabular System hip implant have submitted a proposed discovery calendar to an Illinois federal judge, which calls for all discovery to be completed by April.

Counsel submitted the proposed calendar to Chief Judge James E. Shadid of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois on July 18.
