Wright Must Produce Information Concerning Fracture of Profemur Hip Devices in Ind. Federal Action

LAFAYETTE, Ind. — An Indiana federal magistrate judge has ordered Wright Medical Technology to produce information concerning other models of its Profemur hip replacement system in a lawsuit involving the alleged fracture and corrosion of its hip devices, ruling that the plaintiff’s request is not improper.

In a July 19 order, Magistrate Judge John E.
