Peter Flowers, Walter Kelley Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in Stryker LFIT V40 MDL

BOSTON — The judge overseeing the Stryker LFIT V40 Femoral Head multidistrict litigation docket has revised the leadership structure for plaintiffs’ counsel appointing Peter J. Flowers of Meyers & Flowers and Walter Kelley of Kelley Bernheim & Dolinsky as co-lead counsel.

In a June 30 order, Judge Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts also appointed Ashleigh Raso of Meshbesher & Spence as administrative counsel.
