HARRISBURG, Pa. –– A Pennsylvania federal judge has granted a joint request to stay a OtisKnee cutting device lawsuit pending the parties’ settlement discussions.
In a July 5 order, Chief Christopher C. Conner of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania stayed the case until Aug. 15.
The parties explained in a June 30 status report that they have agreed to mediation in early August and are negotiating an agreement on a mediator.
