Newly Appointed MDL Judge for LFIT V40 Femoral Head Claims Sets Initial Status Conference for May

BOSTON — The judge appointed by the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to oversee claims relating to Stryker’s LFIT V40 femoral head product has scheduled an initial status conference for May 16, according to a recent order.

In the April 21 order, Judge Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts additionally asked counsel in the cases to file a status report identifying pending motions, including ones to remand or dismiss.
