Texas Jury Finds Rezulin Did Not Cause Woman's Death

FORT WORTH - A Texas jury's Feb. 19 verdict found that Warner Lambert, which manufactured Rezulin prior to being acquired by Pfizer in June 2000, was not responsible for the death of a woman who took the drug. Carroll Brown, et al., v. Warner Lambert Co., et al., No. N/A (Texas Dist. Ct., Tarrant Cty.).
