Calif. Court Sets Hearing Date for Doctors’ Dismissal Motion in Wright Hip System Case

LOS ANGELES –– The California court overseeing the coordinated docket for Wright Hip System cases has scheduled a hearing on a doctor’s motion to dismiss, saying that it will address the motion on April 14 and allowing the defendants a chance to file a sur-reply.

In a notice filed March 15, the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County said it will hear the motions to dismiss filed by Brad Penenberg, M.D., and Brad Penenberg, M.D., A Professional Corporation on April 14 at 1:45 p.m.
