Plaintiffs Supplement Opposition to Doctor’s Attempt to Dismiss Wright Hip System Claims

LOS ANGELES –– Plaintiffs with claims pending in California’s coordinated docket for Wright Hip System cases have opposed a defense motion to dismiss, maintaining that while a declaration filed in support of the dismissal motion insisted there were no transcripts of conferences relating to the litigation, such transcripts do, in fact, exist.
