SOUTH BEND, Ind. — An Indiana federal judge has denied Biomet’s motion for summary judgment in six M2a Magnum hip replacement cases, ruling that five of the plaintiffs were not bound by the court’s “explant preservation order” because their cases were not in the multidistrict litigation at the time of their revision surgeries.
