WASHINGTON, D.C. –– The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation will hear petitions for the creation of coordinated dockets in separate Stryker LFIT and Smith & Nephew R3 implants at a March hearing, according to a notice.
In a Feb. 14 notice of hearing session, the JPML indicated that it will hear petitions for coordination in a number of matters, including those filed in cases relating to Stryker Orthopaedics’ LFIT V40 Femoral Head and Smith & Nephew BHR and R3 Hip Implants.
