WASHINGTON, D.C. –– A number of lawsuits asserting personal injury claims resulting from allegedly defective Accolade Hip Stem and LFIT V40 Femoral Head systems have been filed recently in a number of federal courts across the country.
The complaints, filed in the Districts of Massachusetts, Alaska, New Jersey and the Western District of Alaska, asserted in part that the femoral head commonly paired with the Accolade TMZF is the LFIT Anatomic CoCr V40 Femoral Head.
