California Court Denies Motion to Consolidate DePuy ASR Claims for Trial, Says It Doesn’t Have Sufficient Information

SAN FRANCISCO –– The court overseeing California’s coordinated docket for claims relating to DePuy’s ASR Hip System has denied plaintiff efforts to coordinate three cases for trial, saying it doesn’t have “sufficient information to assess whether the cases would be presented to the jury on the same legal theory or theories or causes of action.”
