N.J. Judge Overseeing DePuy ASR Hip Implant Litigation Issues CMO; Extends Discovery End Date

HACKENSACK, N.J. –– The New Jersey state court judge overseeing the coordinated DePuy ASR Hip Implant docket has issued its fortieth case management order, extending the discovery end date in a number of cases.

In the Jan. 4 CMO, the New Jersey Superior Court for Bergen County stated that, for all materials in which the discovery end date has expired, discovery is extended to September 30, 2017.

Superior Court Judge Rachelle L. Harz –– to which the docket was reassigned six months ago –– issued the order.
