Zimmer: More Than 99 Percent of Eligible Claimants Participating in Durom Hip Cup Settlement Program

TRENTON, N.J. –– According to a letter submitted by both parties in the Zimmer Durom Cup Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation, more than 99 percent of eligible claimants are participating in the Settlement Program, and settlements have been reached in principle with more than half of the eligible claimants.

In the Dec. 12 letter written to Hon. Susan D.
