CHICAGO – The 7th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has reversed a District Court’s order awarding full contingency fee to attorneys who no longer represented a DePuy ASR hip implant plaintiff at the time he accepted a settlement agreement, saying that, while it does not intend to insinuate that a lesser award is required, the District Court failed to consider all the factors required in determining reasonable attorneys’ fees.
