Pinnacle Hip Implant Multi-Plaintiff Trial Expected to Wrap up This Week

DALLAS –– An ongoing multi-plaintiff Pinnacle hip implant trial that began last month is entering its final week, sources confirmed to HarrisMartin with closing arguments expected to take place later this week.

Sources told HarrisMartin that DePuy began presenting their case in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas approximately two weeks ago and are currently examining expert Mary Beth Schmidt.
