JPML Creates Federal Docket in Fla. for Abilify Compulsive Behavior Actions

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has centralized pretrial proceedings in all pending Abilify compulsive behavior cases in the Northern District of Florida before Judge M. Casey Rodgers.
In an Oct. 3 order, the panel explained that the cases involve common questions of fact and that centralization will serve the convenience of the parties and witnesses and promote the just and efficient conduct of the litigation. All parties support centralization, the panel added.
