Biomet Submits Report of M2a Hip Implant Cases that Have Settled but are Still Pending, Per Court’s Request

SOUTH BEND, Ind. –– Biomet has submitted a report of 173 cases involving its M2a Mangum Hip Implant that have settled and funded, settled and awaiting signed release, active, or a duplicate case requiring dismissal.

The Sept. 23 status report was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana in response to a court request.
