ATLANTA –– A Wright Medical Technology Hip Implant plaintiff has filed her brief in the appeal of a $2.1 million judgment entered in her favor, contending that the MDL Court did not err when it rejected the defendant’s position that jury confusion caused an inconsistent verdict.
In her brief filed on Aug. 31 in the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, Robyn Christiansen maintained that the MDL Court found that Wright consented to a “hybrid” presentation of the design-defect claim that came with alternative instructions.
