DALLAS –– Defendants involved in the multidistrict litigation for injuries allegedly related to DePuy’s Pinnacle Hip Implant have asked the court for assistance in obtaining the testimony of a non-party witness located in the United Kingdom, saying that the witness has “evidence and will provide testimony that is relevant to the claims and defenses” in the next bellwether trial.
