WASHINGTON, D.C. — Plaintiffs in a number of Essure actions pending in Pennsylvania federal court have moved to withdraw a petition they filed last month asking the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to create a coordinated MDL docket for all similar federal lawsuits.
In an Aug. 11 motion, the plaintiffs explained that Judge John R. Padova of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has consolidated the 11 Essure cases pending in that district for discovery and pretrial motions.
