MDL Judge Remands Multi-Plaintiff Benicar Action as to 32 Plaintiffs; Orders Remaining Plaintiffs to Separately File

TRENTON, N.J. — The New Jersey federal judge overseeing the Benicar multidistrict litigation has remanded a multi-plaintiff action as to 32 of the plaintiffs, ruling that the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction because those plaintiffs maintain citizenship in the same state where one or more of the defendants are incorporated or have their principal place of business.
