NexGen Knee Implant MDL Court Schedules Next 4 Cases for Trial; Next Trial Slated for October

CHICAGO –– The federal court overseeing the national coordinated docket for Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant claims has scheduled a number of cases for trials through March 2017, with the first trial set to begin on Oct. 28.

In a minute entry for June 17, Hon. Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois said that the next trial will involve claims asserted by Theodore and Darlene Joas.
