11th Circuit Issues Briefing Notice in Appeal of Wright Conserve Hip Implant Verdict for Plaintiff

ATLANTA –– The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has issued the briefing schedule in the appeal of an $11 million Conserve Hip Implant System verdict –– that was later reduced to $2.1 million –– giving defendant Wright Medical Technology Inc. until June 27 to file their appellant brief.

In a May 26 docket entry, the 11th Circuit noted that the clerk had granted the defendant an extension from the initial June 13 deadline issued in the briefing notice.
