ST. LOUIS - Avandia injury claims brought against a Delaware drug maker by two plaintiffs are related and therefore the claims of the Delaware plaintiff should not be severed, a Missouri federal judge has ruled. Aurillo v. GlaxoSmithKline LLC, No. 4:10-968 (E.D. Mo.).

On July 9, Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri remanded the case to the Circuit Court for the City of St. Louis for lack of diversity jurisdiction.
