CHARLESTON, W. Va. — A West Virginia federal magistrate judge has ordered the plaintiff in a BHR System hip replacement action to produce a complete list of her healthcare providers, holding that “given the broad nature of the damage claims,” Smith & Nephew is entitled to broad discovery of the plaintiff’s medical and emotional history.
