Durom Hip Cup MDL Court Schedules May Oral Argument to Address Dispute in Proposed Mass Settlement

NEWARK, N.J. –– The federal court overseeing the national docket for claims relating to Zimmer’s Durom Hip Cup Products has scheduled an oral argument for next month, at which time it will address objections to the recent global settlement proposal.

According to a March 30 docket entry, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey said that the hearing will take place on May 4 at 10:30 a.m. before Hon. Susan D. Wigenton.
