Fla. Court Denies Motion to Seal Deposition Testimony of Wright Medical Technology Employees in Hip Implant Suit

ORLANDO, Fla. –– A Florida federal court has denied a motion to seal the deposition transcripts of 12 Wright Medical Technology Inc. employees, opining that the defendant had not proven that the information was worthy of protection.
In the March 21 order, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida explained that the transcripts would still have to be filed as part of the public record, even if the defendants had shown “good cause.”
