WASHINGTON, D.C. — The plaintiff in a Cordarone (amiodarone) action has asked the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to create a federal docket for all amiodarone toxicity actions, asserting that consolidation would promote judicial economy and consistency in rulings, and is warranted because each of the actions assert virtually identical claims against Wyeth and other defendant drug makers.
