Parties in Biomet M2A Mangum Hip Implant MDL Exchange Briefing on Discovery Dispute

SOUTH BEND, Ind. –– Parties involved with the ongoing Biomet M2A Magnum Hip Implant national coordinated docket have each filed memorandums explaining their respective positions on a discovery dispute and addressing a recent amendment that the defendants maintained change the way discovery is to be conducted.

The defendants and plaintiffs’ steering committee each filed memorandums with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana on Feb. 19.

In a Dec. 21 scheduling order, the MDL Court asked the parties to submit memorandum on the remaining discovery disputes.
