DENVER — A Colorado federal judge has entered a $350,000 judgment in favor of a plaintiff in a Biomet shoulder implant action, finding that the manufacturer made a timely offer of judgment, which the plaintiff accepted.
In a Feb. 4 order, Judge Robert E. Blackburn of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado dismissed the action, which had been scheduled to begin trial on Feb. 29.
