LOS ANGELES — A California woman has filed a federal class action the maker of EOS Visibly Soft Lip Balm, accusing the company of failing to warn of severe adverse reactions caused by the product, including bleeding, blistering and rashes.
According to the Jan. 12 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, EOS Products LLC has received numerous complaints of health problems caused by its lip balm, yet continues to aggressively market the product as safe and healthy.
