Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel in Durom Hip Cup MDL File Notice of Appeal in Common Benefit Fund Dispute

TRENTON, N.J. –– Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel for the Durom Hip Cup Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket have filed a notice of appeal of a recent order in which a magistrate judge reduced the common benefit fund assessment in one case from four percent to two percent.
