ATLANTA –– The federal court overseeing an ongoing bellwether Conserve Hip Implant System has rejected motions for judgment as a matter of law, concluding that while the evidence presented in support of the plaintiff’s claims is “thin,” it could not conclude that there was no legally sufficient evidentiary basis for a reasonable jury to find for the plaintiff.
