ATLANTA –– Parties involved with an upcoming Wright Conserve Hip Implant trial have exchanged in limine motions, with the defendant in part seeking the preclusion of evidence relating to other lawsuits or product failures.

For their part, the plaintiff asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia to exclude mention of Wright Medical Technology’s corporate philanthropy or good deeds in her Oct. 2 brief.
