Calif. DePuy ASR Hip Implant Plaintiff Seeking Preferential Trial Setting Files Motion to Remand

SAN FRANCISCO –– A California DePuy ASR hip implant plaintiff has moved to remand his claims, reiterating his position that he is entitled for trial preference due to his deteriorating health.

The plaintiffs filed the motion on Oct. 1 in the California Superior Court for San Francisco County, maintaining that the underlying plaintiff has a life expectancy of six months.
