Bellwether NexGen Plaintiffs File Emergency Motion to Exclude Testimony of Scuderi

CHICAGO –– Plaintiffs asserting NexGen Knee Implant claims scheduled to start trial next week have filed an emergency motion to exclude the testimony of Dr. Giles Scuderi, according to the court’s online docket.
The plaintiffs filed the motion under seal in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Oct. 2.
