SALT LAKE CITY — Utah’s two-year statute of limitations bars a pain pump lawsuit brought against Stryker Corp. because the plaintiff was on inquiry notice and had a duty to investigate the identity of the device manufacturer no later than March 2011, a federal judge has ruled.
