Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL Court Issues Order Amending List of Bellwether Trials; Drops 3 More Cases from Schedule

DALLAS –– The federal judge overseeing the coordinated docket for Pinnacle Hip Implant claims has amended its order on bellwether trials, dropping four previously scheduled cases from the list of cases to be prepared for trial.

In the Aug. 26 second amended order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas said that it had removed Borel (No. 14-00441), Brown (No. 12-02780), and O’Neill (No. 12-03027), from the list of cases to be prepared for trial.
