TRENTON, N.J. — The New Jersey Supreme Court has granted a request by the makers of blood pressure drugs containing olmesartan medoxomil to create a formal docket for the centralized management of products liability cases in which they have been named as defendants.
According to an Aug. 31 notice to the bar, the court appointed Judge Nelson C. Johnson Inc. of the Atlantic County (N.J.) Superior Court to oversee the docket.
