SAN FRANCISCO –– A plaintiff asserting claims that Stryker Corp.’s Accolade hip system failed has filed a third amended complaint in the wake of a court decision dismissing his case for failure to sufficiently plead negligence and product liability claims.
In the Aug. 19 amended complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, plaintiff James Bem alleges that the defendant negligently manufactured and distributed the hip system.
