DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant MDL Amends Lists of Cases to Be Prepared for Trial

DALLAS –– The court overseeing the DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. Pinnacle Hip Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket has amended its list of cases to be prepared for trial, removing the claims asserted by Hillary Ryan.

In the July 13 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas reiterated that all other cases in the MDL will remain stayed until the bellwether trials are completed.
