CHICAGO –– The Illinois federal court overseeing the NexGen Knee Implant national coordinated docket has limited the scope of testimony to be offered by a plaintiff’s treating physician, saying that the expert can testify as to the alignment of the implants and his cementing technique, but not as to the cause of the plaintiff’s loosening.
