CHICAGO –– Plaintiffs seeking to subpoena a non-party in the Zimmer NexGen Knee Implant Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation docket have objected to the defendant’s efforts to quash the subpoena, saying their requests are “in no way overly broad.”

Instead, the plaintiffs said in their May 26 objections filed with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, their requests are “directly and specifically related to the four categories designed by Zimmer.”
