PHILADELPHIA — Alabama law governs punitive damages claims asserted against Johnson & Johnson and McNeil PPC Inc. in a Tylenol wrongful death case, a Pennsylvania federal judge has ruled, explaining that Alabama has more significant contacts with the decedent and her injuries.
