July Trial Date Continued to October for NexGen Knee Implant Case

CHICAGO –– A July trial date scheduled for a NexGen Knee Implant products liability case has been continued to October 2015, according to a recent order entered by the MDL Court.

In the May 18 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois noted that the continuance was made at the request of plaintiffs’ counsel.

The trial will now begin with jury selection on Oct. 8, opening statements on Oct. 13, with defense witnesses not expected to be called before Oct. 20.
