Fla. Federal Judge Allows Plaintiff to Supplement Expert Report in Solodyn Hair Loss Case

FORT MYERS, Fla. — A Florida federal judge has denied Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp.’s request to strike a plaintiff’s expert report in a Solodyn hair loss action and granted the plaintiff leave to supplement the report in order to comply with Rule 26.
In the May 12 order, Judge Sheri P. Chappell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida explained that the court may be lenient because the plaintiff had, until recently, been proceeding pro se.
